Breast Cancer Awareness Game

We wore pink uniforms today Sunday October 3rd 2010  in support of Breast Cancer awareness


The Seattle University woman's soccer team hosted a "Kicks for Breast Cancer" awareness game on Sunday, Oct. 3, at Championship Field. The Redhawks faced Portland State at noon and all proceeds from the game were donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Puget Sound. Joining Seattle U from the  Seattle Sounders; player Roger Levesque, who signed autographs at halftime. Levesque and the Redhawks raffled off a signed official Sounders jersey.
SU is excited to partner with Komen for the Cure and host a "Kicks for Breast Cancer" this weekend to promote breast cancer awareness and help raise money for the cure. The Seattle U women's soccer team encourages all fans to wear pink to the game.
Seattle U currently is ranked No. 8 in the NSCAA West Region.
